...Waynes' word

Hi! my name's Wayne, and I'm a graphic designer. Well I'm actually a graphic design student, but I've nearly
graduated, I'm well over halfway through my course.
I've been asked by the Process to show people around some of the pages within the web site. They reckon that my opinions will be invaluable to people. My expertise in the design field is expanding day by day. I'm
a walking edition of 'Creative Review'. If there is anything that you want to know about the graphic design

world then I'm your man. If it hasn't appeared in 'Creative Review', then it hasn't happened. Naturally, I'm an
expert on the Macintosh. My lecturers are constantly amazed with my design skills.

Anyway, I'm starting to get some funny looks so I'd better get on with my job and talk you through some of
the pages within the Process. I've been asked to start my tour at the main gates of the In-Progress room.
I've been allowed to look around the 'Images' site which I am told houses a selection of imagery created from artists all round the world. It's really exciting, I can't wait to see the work and give my opinion on each piece.

Sometimes when I show them my work, they are just lost for words and say I'm in a league of my own! I'm a whiz at 'Photoshop'. There's not a trick in the book I haven't mastered. My hero is the one and only Neville Brody, to me he is the god of graphic design. The man's a genius. There is nothing on earth that he can't do with typography. He astounds me. Naturally I use helvetica all the time, you just have to, don't you. No
other typeface will do. He's so creative, no one else comes close. Not that I'm biased or anything you
understand. I do look at other designers work, it's just that they don't generally compare with my hero.
