Tuesday has been the first really fine day the Fringe has seen...and where are Kate and Tomasini? Rehearsing in the darkened Rondo theatre all day. (This is a sign of a really good act, don't you think?)

There is a real chemistry between the two, and it shows in the performance. This is real entertainment, an unusual cabaret of jazz, comedy and opera, that juxtaposes the superb talents of singer Kate Dimbleby, (daughter of David and Jocelyn) with those

of the operatic performance artist Ernesto Tomasini. Kate's debut album 'Good Vibrations' has just been released and a national tour with her band has taken her to the National Theatre, Cafe Royal, Purcell Room, Pizza on the Park as well as numerous radio appearances. Ernesto is best known for originating the role of Yvette for Lindsay Kemp's 'Variete' and has developed a successful career in performance comedy in Italy and England.
