...' The women who dances with wolves'

...A dance exploring the inner sexuality
...of women, revealing her ascent to
...liberation and her descent into
...madness. This is a search for identity
...going from virgin to vixen, creation to
...destruction, from exotica to unrelenting
...erotica. This piece is an exaltation of
...women.

Shakti

There is a wolf in all of us struggling to get out, created by Mother Earth and Father Moon". The few words spoken by the woman who dances with wolves, and her name, gives us some clues to help us unravel the Angela Carter like masque danced with great fluidity and energy to powerful music in a carefully lit minimalist set. As the Millennium looms and the Age of Aquarius beckons Pluto stands at the gate ready to destroy the fearful, desire ridden past and makes us aware that the kundalini fire can, with proper awareness, takes us up to Shiva. His handmaiden Shakti shows us how.
