Membership of the WAA (NOT CURRENTLY ACTIVE)

Prospective members please note that a 'Suitability' assessment is made by the WAA as to potential members. Those wishing higher membership will be assessed more carefully.

It is NOT the intention of the WAA to withhold membership from an artist or organizations for any reason other than the mutual benefiting of all parties. Only when either the prospective member, other members of the WAA OR the WAA itself would not benefit by membership being granted would an application be rejected. In practice this generally only happens when we feel a prospected member would not benefit from membership of the WAA, as the nature of their work was not properly catered for by our organization.

The policy of the WAA is to help its membership.

  • Free Gallery Hanging for WAA shows/exhibitions
  • Listing of your website URL and/or Email address
  • Further privileges , as announced in the future.


Annual membership fee for Members:

2) Associate Member: As Individual Member but with increased status at WAA general meetings.

additional privileges; these include.
  • Host their own discussions at the WAA on topics or issues relating to art/business practice.
  • The option of WAA Gallery 'room' hire for exhibitions. The cost and conditions of which will obviously depend on the size & duration.

3) Corporate Member:

Corporate Members receive many special privileges, these are many and varied. Organizations wishing to consider this option are invited to apply for further details and benefits. Please forward some details and an outline of your organization. All information received by the WAA will be deemed confidential and will NOT be supplied to other organizations, market research companies or an other source.

Company details and enquires received will not be stored on data bases or used in any other way other than for the purposes of advising potential Corporate Members.
