"This image was created back in 1995! It only seems like yesterday I fought
over error messages in the program. It took almost a 2 weeks to produce. I still like it, and the Cider; although Taunton Cider no longer exists. I did very well out of this image!

 

 

 

This ray trace was my first serious attempt at Ray tracing. It seemed to take every moment of my working life, and many times I lost it through inexperienced view points. The label was drawn in 'Deluxe Paint II' and 'mapped' around the tin.The anti-aliasing in Polyray has improved now but at the time getting the text right was a nightmare. Notice the reflections of the tin in
the water.

 

For those with Polyray, or those who want to have a go at Raytracing I have included the code for this image soon

Most of the code was put in by hand from EDITOR in DOS. I still use DOS
